WHAT IS THE WEIGHT? CAN UNIT BE JUST PLUGGED IN? null

It's not too heavy. It can be just plugged in but you still need to vent out the exhaust hose out the window

I don't know the weight - but once you put the hose to to ventilated the hot air out - you just plug it in & ready to go... No putting together any parts.
