• Is that a standard wine bottle? If yes, it will fit. If those are larger or non standard, then maybe. The spacing is pretty flexible and you can play with your placement pretty easily,

• Yes, it is exactly 12 in width. My builder left a 12.5 in gap for the fridge and we found that to be too much, so I think your 12 1/8 will be a great fit.
