“I purchased beard straightener and when I turn it on it flashes till it gets to 356 and stops flashing. Steady red numbers. Does not turn blu and cannot go up or down. It just says loc flashing. Never turns blue I bought this on,one and don’t have a ph.”

The "LOC" is a safety feature for locking of the controls to avoid accidental changing of temperature or turning off during use, given the proximity of the buttons to your finger positions while brushing. To change the temperature, press and hold the power button for three seconds; the display screen will flash and show the temperature. Use the temperature up and down buttons to adjust the setting.
Turning The Straightener Off:
Push the power button 3 times to turn the unit OFF. If you prefer, you can press the power button twice and then on the third time hold it down to unlock the unit and turn it off. After turning off the unit, always unplug it for additional safety.
