• Yes. It has an on/off switch. There is no slot to store the transmitter, However, with the battery removed it could go in there. Hope this helps.

• On/off , yes slide switch on bottom, storage yes The dongle reciever has a slot inside the battery cover for storing the reciever

• The on/off switch is located at the bottom side of the mouse.
