You can add them through the app. You do not need to create additional accounts, just add a family member. If multiple users are similar in weight (145 lbs and 140 lbs), the scale will ask for assistance in identifying who is weighing in. You will lean to the left or the right based on the user. If the users are different in weight, it identifies them without issue (140 lbs vs 50 lbs)

If you do not have a profile, you will see unassigned numbers. You can delete them. Don’t know how it knows who I am, but when you step on it barefoot, it shows the first three letters of your name.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an older version that allows you to set up profiles. If your weights are similar, each time you step on it, it will prompt you to select the right profile, otherwise it knows who you are based upon the initial weight from your profile.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can use multiple people. And yes, you set up each person separately. We had a friend use the scale and it sent a notification through the all that an unknown used the scale. I was able to delete their info through the app.
