Yes - follow the instructions in the manual

Yes. Set up two different profiles, then take the blood pressure reading. At the end of each reading, it will display a name, if it is showing the correct person, then press the button to save to that person's profile. If not the correct profile listed, long press the button to switch to the next user profile, then short press the button to save.

Yes. You can select among multiple users of the device to log and store data separately
