Please try again later.I have no knowledge of FDA approval, but you can capture an ECG on demand, and the tracing is viewable in the Health Mate app. It provides basic information such as the date and time it was captured, heart rate, and the message “Normal sinus rhythm.” Thankfully, I haven’t had any instances of atrial fibrillation that I could report on. The watch face simply displays a 30-second countdown timer under a graphical rhythm tracing and indicates “Normal” at the completion of the scan.
