• The strap is very adjustable. The size holes go almost to the top. Hope this helps!

• I have a large wrist and the Large fits me. It is a shame that they do not list the sizes on the box. Also, you cannot take them out of the box before you buy them.

• My wrist is pretty small and they work great! They seem to be one size fits most! Plus best buy gives you 30 days to try them!

• Maybe a little large. I have a 6 1/2 “ wrist and they do fit me comfortably
