I recommend adding it to your "Saved items" by tapping on the heart symbol on the product. Once saved you can easily find it in your cart under saved items. You won't have to waste time searching it up. I had success checking back regularly on the app. I guess Best Buy is combating the bots and scalpers by dropping it at random times and not all at the same time. Good luck!

When I clicked on it, it would put me in queue, check availability, and then kick me out of the queue saying sold out. I was also refreshing constantly, and know that I caught the preorder button ASAP when it did pop up. I have no idea what's going on.
