Yes, as long as you use a power brick for your iPhone that has an exchangeable plug. I have actually used this adaptor in Estonia - it's one of the two-pronged plugs. Very handy!

You don't need to bring every piece but I did because I had the space. I used the one that the two round prongs point toward one another just a bit (The instructions that come with it tell you which adapter will work for different countries). Due to having a MacBook Pro, my power adapter would not work so I had to purchase the "Apple - 12W USB Power Adapter - White, Model: MD836LL/A SKU: 7006915" - I would say that is the only CON to this set is that it does not come with the power adapter. The one mentioned above has a price drop to $19.99 right now.
