QuestionI have 2 of these. Neither allows me to see the battery condition. When charging there is no battery indicator light and when using it the torque selection button only allows you to rotate through its settings. What an I missing?

- Answer For full compatibility use the USB-A to USB-C cable that came with the Screwdriver. My USB-C to USB-C did not work at all. Once I used the cable that was bundled in, it started charging and the battery indicator came on.
