• Those pre orders are for the Project Scorpio Edition. The regular Xbox one X will become available for pre order soon.

• You may have been looking at the listing for the non-Project Scorpio Edition of the Xbox One X. The initial set of pre-orders were for the Project Scorpio Edition, and the pre-order date for the regular version of the console has not been announced yet.

• They have a limited allotment, so they are releasing them in batches. Speculators are buying up batches to flip at a profit also as this will be the hot ticket this Christmas. The link is active now, but who knows for how long?
