This happened to me with the Nintendo Switch. When i called Best Buy they told me i had to come into the store and PreOrder, which was just goofy cause my brother PreOrdered online around the same time i did! Makes no sense (why have a PreOrder button then???). With the Xbox One X i PreOrdered just fine on BB's site. I would call Best Buy and ask why does this happen every now and again, and what can you do to PreOrder?
