“I ordered the xbox one x on October 28 and said it will ship on the 7th. will it arrive on the date even if the console is saying coming soon now as of November 3rd will i still be able to get it on the date? Or wait if not are not enough consoles?”

• A shipped date just means that it left the distribution center but you may have to wait about a week after launch for the console at a worst case sinario
