• I believe there's an option to straight up do a transfer, but if you already have digital copies, then you could redownload them onto your new console.

• Yes can easily do a network transfer, a bit on the slow side due to the Xbox One transfer speeds. But if your patient easily done and a way to avoid ISP bandwidth limits.
