QuestionWhy can’t you guys create a list at local stores to somehow preorder the series X? I’ll pay now, I don’t mind but searching over a year now….I believe I am officially finished looking online as it isn’t worth it any longer. Time is too valuable.

- Answer Target drops inventory as it arrives per store. Best Buy is currently still doing random dates for both Xbox and PlayStation releases to purchase

QuestionBest buy does not care 1 bit if you cannot purchase a console, the environment they've created, is just for bots. They know it & just want money. They already know this is an issue & would have fixed it after the last 2 consoles. Its wont be fixed.

- Answer I agree, every retailer can fix this by introducing a CAPTCHA element. This would stop maybe 50% of bots. Something they could do even better is stop all online sales, and ONLY allow in person sales at each store, limiting 1 per customer. This would allow people to actually have a legit chance, and reduce competition against all bots.

- Answer The fact that most people aren't even able to get 1 right now, makes you sound stupid selfish for trying to get two. Not against you getting 2, but might want to keep it to yourself. As for your question, no one knows anything. When they restock again, you can try then for another. Best and only option.

- Answer Here's a answer. Best Buy does not care about honest people who are trying to get a gift for the kids for Christmas. All they care about if making sure that they sell the items . there for as long as they pander to electronic Bot thieves. People who are loyal customers will need to go else where to try and find what they need as the only ones who get the early purchases are the bots so they can put them on Ebay for anywhere from twice the price to 1200 to 2000 dollars. as long as they sell them they give a dam if their customers get that gift just as long as they get the money. Those of you who have been a loyal customer to this company what about Store loyalty?????

- Answer I was told the store will open at 6am for those who pre-ordered ONLY. No in-store purchases until 2021 so if you didn't pre-order already you will have to keep trying to buy online. This was verified with the Black Friday ad that went out already.
