Same happened to me. Had a pre order on 9:22. 10/4 it got cancelled but Best Buy blamed it on Microsoft when I called. Keep a close eye on your emails as I wouldn’t be too surprised if they either cancel or delay.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I secured a pre order on 9/22, then on 10/4 Best Buy cancelled my pre order due to a glitch on Best Buy Citi's end. Nothing they can do about, so they say. I'm highly frustrated and Best Buy won't fix their screw up.
