A:AnswerThank you for your question. As long as your Xbox Series X is placed in a well-ventilated spot, you should not experience an issue with overheating. A:AnswerSame happened to me today. On 9/22 around 2pm I finally was able to pre order the Series X. Later on that day, around 6pm I noticed the Series S was still available to pre order, so I went ahead and pre ordered that for my girlfriend. Today, I get 2 text notifications saying that each order, the X and the S is confirmed. Then I get a text about payment processing issues for the X order, then a text saying they cancelled my X pre order. I'm highly unhappy.
A:AnswerAccording to Best Buy policy on preorders: "When you place your pre-order we’ll authorize your form of payment with your bank, which results in a temporary authorization hold. After a few business days, the hold should be automatically released and the funds returned to your account. Shortly before release day as your order begins final processing for shipment or store pickup, we’ll reauthorize your form of payment, resulting in another hold. Once your order ships or becomes ready for store pickup we’ll then collect payment."

A:AnswerDue to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.
A:AnswerIt took it out of my account as a temporary hold. It should not completely clear your account they are just making sure that you have the funds available. It says on their website that it will not come out until they ship it
A:AnswerYes but only games that are compatible with mouse and keyboard I believe. I’ve been testing throughout many games and majority of all new games work with mouse and keyboard. It even works on the home page of the Xbox!
A:AnswerDefinitely. The Series X is built with the disc drive, so you can play Series X games, Xbox One games, Xbox 360 games and if I'm not mistaken I believe even some original Xbox games. To be clear, there is a limited number of Xbox 360 and Xbox games that work with the Xbox One and Series X, and Series S. In addition, the Series X will play blu rays that do not play on most blu ray players in the United States.
