I believe it’s nation wide now because I’m in NH and we have it available here too. Apparently you get to pre order 4hrs before everyone else with the new “Total tech” status if you’re willing to sell your soul for the $200 they want for it. It’s only one per customer due to limited supply this time around!

That’s only in 3 states right now so I doubt that’s it. The console doesn’t actually launch until December so they use these to drive traffic for Black Friday.
