• Not sure but as of today December 3rd yes you can get the digital....just got one on switch for my daughter

• Yes the game fully releases on all consoles on that date so buying the digital version gives you the game that date no stopping needed buying on the system store itself allows you to pre load the game right now, the game isn't a large download so that's not an issue buying from a retailer.
