• Yes, there is an prompt to activate "Casual Mode" that pops up if you're struggling. You can switch between Normal and Casual whenever you want.

• I am not the best gamer either. Yes it does have different difficulties. You are also able to switch difficulties any time throughout the game. If you get stuck in one part you are able to reduce difficulty and then ramp it back up after the fight.
