“I just want to stream 4K to my UHD TV. This site says it supports 4K, but the XFX website says max resolution is 1920X1080(DVI) - can anyone here provide clarity on this (I use HDMI not DVI)? If 4K is yes, what is the 4K video stream quality? Thanks!”

The specification is correct. The max supported resolution is 1920 x 1080. The HDMI version is 1.4a & so even if the resolution is set to 3840 x 2160, it will not support 60Hz. A GPU that supports HDMI 2.0 and up is required for 4K.
