• If you are asking about the reference models, then nothing, But if you are talking about the custom model it will look different, and might have faster clock speeds.

• Aside from manufacturer? Hardware unboxed does a nice review on them. But temps and clock speeds differ. Last I checked Msi version runs a bit hotter according to the review.
