They are backwards compatible, so yes it will work but being GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 it will be throttled to GDDR4 PCIe 3.0 capabilities. You will not get any of the advantages from it and all of the price/heat/drivers/etc etc, save a buck and buy one that will max out in your application.

Yes this will work with pretty much any processor in the last few years.
