no - 450 watt would likely not power this card well at all. also you need to figure out the length of a graphics card you can fit. I know some pre builts are very short on space. I would suggest a 2 fan card. Any card better than a 1070 ti is going to need a power supply upgrade on your end. Even a 6600xt would likely need a 550 watt or 600 watt power supply so that would be my first step
