Yeah it works with an intel cpu no problem but you leave performance on the table if you dont use an AMD cpu with AMD Gpu because AMD cpus have SAM : Smart access memory that gives you a nice boost in performance when you pair them together. However , to give you a straight answer YES , It will work.

I cannot say for sure, however it is a aftermarket graphics card and should work with any CPU, as long as the mother board will accept it and the power connector is available.
