Hi - On this model, no you cannot change the code or receive access notifications remotely. You would need to purchase the a Yale Assure Lock 2 with Wi-Fi for remote access/notifications. You can purchase this model and then buy a Yale Wi-Fi Smart Module as an add-on accessory later if you prefer. I hope that helps!
