Yes all receivers support 3D as it's just ignored by the receiver and passed through. HDCP 2.2 for UHD TVs is another matter and there are still some compatibility issues there as well as with CEC and ** connecting a HD receiver to a UHD TV. You must connect the TOS Optical and HDMI (ARC) ports.
