Yes, there is a 1/4" jack on the front panel of the receiver for use with wired headphones. When you plug in the headphones the speakers will be muted. If you use a 1/4" to 3.5 mm adapter you can also use ear buds.

You can use the old fashioned wired headphones or bluetooth headphones. If you want to use bluetooth, you will have to turn on the bluetooth transmitter. I found Yamaha to be the only brand that has the capacity to transmit to bluetooth headphones or speakers.
