• If it is a powered subwoofer with an RCA input, yes. If it is passive, it would need to be inline with your main Left and Right speakers connected to those speaker outputs.

• I connected my JBL Sub 550P to the receiver using a Mono RCA cable via Receiver/Amplifier Subwoofer, LFE OUT to the Subwoofer LFE INPUT (left input)...... per instructions.
