“What is the maximum recommended long term operating temperature of these speakers? The reason for the question is that on the back side of the speaker which is my attic, I've recorded temperatures of around 150 degrees in Texas. Thank you.”

Hello Paul - March 2nd, 2018 - we are an AUDIO VIDEO installing dealer - so we have installed many of these speakers in the PALM SPRINGS, California area ... where summer temps can reach 118F > 122F, meaning that attics (often very shallow height-wise attics here in the desert climate) can reach SOARING temperatures during 3-4 hot summer months here. We have not had any problems (deteriorating speakers) with ANY brands in attic situations (due to intense heat), and we have been in this industry for over 30-years. Now sometimes, people BLOW-OUT speakers by not properly choosing proper amplifiers, and cranking the volume too high (beyond the capacity of the speakers). We think that you will be O.K.. GOOD LUCK !
