“Is it possible to connect/control them on a sound mixer? because i do small events on my balcony, i want something small that can be hanged on ceiling.”

Not with just a mixer by itself No! But if it is a Powered Mixer then by all means YES! But I would most definitely only use them for highs and midrange speakers and ad one or two Subwoofers preferably powered subwoofers to handle all your low end because those little Yamaha 5” spkr’s won’t push out any low frequency’s.
