Unfortunately, I would not use these speakers with your Sonos Amp. The amp outputs at 8 ohms, and these speakers are rated at 6 ohms resistance. That low resistance will cause a higher power draw than the amp is rated for and it will either over heat or shut down due to thermal overload. In general, you want to get a speaker with either the same (ideal) or slightly higher ohm rating to save your amp. Hope that helps.

Even though there is a difference between the Ohm rating of the Sonos Amp (8 Ohms) and the speakers (6 Ohms), it is small. As long as you don’t crank the speakers up full blast for longer periods, there isn’t a concern over damaging your Amp or the speakers. You would typically want the Ohms to be the same, but in this case, you’re safe since they are so close. You can search the web for this and find lots of useful information.
