“My receiver just died and I've been looking for a receiver that has an AUX in and out so I can hook my tv through the receiver. Can this unit do this? I didn't see AUX on the back of the receiver.”

This receiver doesn’t have Optical cord input. But if your tv has an audio or headphone output jack you can use an RCA cord to plug into the receiver. It also has Bluetooth capability too which is nice.

your TV probably has a pair of RCA axillary output jacks. You can use the input one or two for that. If your TV only has a stereo 8th inch output, You'll need an adaptor that is RCA to 8th inch out cable.

Yes, we have it set up as surround sound for our smart tv via bluetooth and we have it hooked to an electric drum set which we can play to the music and incorporate the drumming through the speakers with the music.
