“Can I connect both my 8ohm front speakers simultaneously with 6ohm center and rear speakers?”

• TP, Mixing 6 Ohm & 8 Ohm on separate channels is fine. (Speaker resistance actually varies over the frequency range.) Wouldn't recommend 4 Ohm or 2 Ohm for this receiver, though.

• It may not be ideal but it should work. You can adjust all speakers individually manually so you should be able to get it where you like it.

• I have samsung TV. I have the main hdmi from yamaha to my tv. For example when watching my local NFL team I like to mute TV announcer's and turn on radio for my local guys. Once I select fm on yamaha I lose my picture on TV. My work around was running component cable from my cable tv box directory to TV. I change input on TV to component and change yamaha to fm or bluetooth and I can watch the game and listen to sound with all speakers via yamaha.
