“Is this receiver compatible with a bose v35 home theater system? My old console went bad and that is and only thing i need to replace. I will still be using my subwoofer and speakers. Just need to know if it will work before i purchase”

Not if you are using the console from the Bose system. It is a receiver itself. If you mean by "console went bad' that your receiver went bad, then this would work. You just can't connect two receivers together.
