“No video or sound unless I turn receiver off!! To change inputs I have to turn receiver on (turns off video/audio) switch input, then turn receiver back off. I can also change inputs while receiver if off. Where do I start to fix this???”

Plug tv source hdmi cable into hdmi 2 on yamaha. Plug hdmi cable from yamaha hdmi output to your TV hdmi ARC input. Your television has settings to turn on the ARC feature.
