- Answer Yes, The Mantis Q does have Follow me capabilities... and it's very good! Read my review on the Mantis Q... No other drone gives you as much for this price point! Not even close!

QuestionIs it true that the Mantis drone is really just junk? From everything I've read and seen on the net it don't even came close to DJI's spark drone even with all the problem's the spark drones has outweighs the Mantis by far! Send me 1 an Ill review it!

- Answer I have both the spark and the mantis q...the spark drone is not in my opinion better then the mantis..all it has on the mantis are a few sensors..if u like to fly for 13 minutes then buy a spark...the camera on the mantis is just as good...

- Answer 25-27 minutes. Wanna be very happy? Buy 2 extra batteries.... You'll Thank Me. **** The batteries for the Mantis Q are not "smart" batteries.... That means there is NO indication or button you can press on the battery itself to indicate how much power the battery has. To me, this is a major flaw. Always check the battery level via the smartphone battery indicator prior to flight.

- Answer (What is with these odd questions?) Pretty sure. Keep in mind, this drone weighs (with the SD card,) just one gram under the registration limit for the FAA (here in the USA) so any weight added preceding flight Could tip you over that ledge. (As far as I understand)

QuestionInstructions for this drone are sparse and of all the videos I've seen on YouTube, the only landing method I've seen is Return to Home. This wouldn't do for flying from something like a boat. Is there another mode or should I just fly it into the deck?

- Answer Yes, it does have a return to home button and returns home if you can't reconnect. Just make sure you calibrate the compass.

QuestionGoing through the specs, it seems it doesn't have anti-collusion sensors and how can this be overcomed? Also which battery does the controller has ? AA batteries or what type?

- Answer It has front anti collision sensors to stop the drone and ir sensors on rear to alert you. Also it has bottom sensors for landing. The control has built in usb rechargeable batteries.

- Answer It will fly way past line of sight which is the law, over 2 miles. It has ludicrous mode and will fly about 44 mph but without collision avoidance. 22 mph with with avoidance.

- Answer Return to your previous operating system. You may have updated with the wrong software or there was a glitch while downloading files. Corrupted files will not work properly.
