I had this problem as well, it might be so that people can change out the rubber ear plug for their own plug cushion. The rubber ear plugs only come in one size and it might hurt to wear after a while for people with smaller ears. The earbuds came with a little pouch and i use that so i dont lose anymore ear plugs in my bag or and other place. I do wish the earbuds come with an extra pair of plugs in case loss of one does happen. Hope I helped answer your question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree they should not be this easily removed. I suppose they wanted them to be easily cleaned. I was going to glue them on but yes I also just lost one of my ear buds. :( Will be writing the company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume only because the flexable piece on the bud makes it fit your ear better. Lost is usually the owners mistake, although I do know the feeling. I lost one too, my own fault.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because these headphones are awful! I had the same problem about a month after buying them. The ear stopper pops out...followed by the rubber crescent earpiece. Had these things for about two months. They were operable for a night playing with them out of the box. Then I ran with them the next morning. Knew they were garbage in the first 15 feet of my run.
