Contact Yurbuds support directly for help with fitting your Yurbuds. They have other sizes of enhancers they'll send you for free if you inquire. You should receive them in a few days. I was able to find an enhancer that fits with my hard-to-fit ears. Good luck!

The guarantee says if I send a picture of a pair that fit they will make me a pair to replace the ones I have. I am planning on doing this, but I haven't yet.
