Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We didn't see how BB installed the original ZAGG shield, 18 months ago. But it was completely shattered in a recent drop from a moving car roof onto the street. When we took the phone back to BB to check it out, they removed the shield in one piece--almost like peeling an onion! (No adhesive that we could tell.) The display screen and the phone both checked out fine. The OB heavy duty case cover helped too--it was only slightly banged up around the front edges of the screen. All good to go with a free new ZAGG shield! Folks, keep your receipts!
