Yes they have the guarantee but I have to pay shipping to get it. Does Best Buy replace for free?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. However I find the screen saver very easy to crack. I’ve had to replace just from dropping from sofa. I feel it should be more sturdy for the price. The free replacements are appreciated but are there for a reason. IMHO.
