“I believe I was told when I purchased this screen protector that Best Buy would replace it at the store? If not, how do I get a replacement?”

They can replace it for a small fee. All that is needed is the protector and the phone to the store and proof of warranty should suffice. They will do it then and there.

If you buy it from Verizon, they make you get your replacement online from ZAGG and pay for shipping. Don’t get expedited. It say 2/3 days but took 8 days. I recommend buying from Best Buy. Great service and they do a great job.
