You go to best buy with the receipt or give them your account information so they can pull up your purchase of the ZAGG screen protector and then they will issue you a new one.

Please try again later.As long as Best Buy carries that product by Zagg.. you go to the Geek Squad section and they will ask your phone number etc and if they have in stock they will swap it out by (removing cracked screen protector and put the new screen protector) easy peasy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just took mine into the store with the receipt and they swapped it out for me right then and there! The gentleman working also informed me that if the purchase was put on my Best Buy account that I would not have to keep the receipt and that they would be able to switch it out easily without one. So as far as I know, just take yours into the store and they should take care of you.
