Receiving replacements is very simple! You can bring your broken screen and proof of purchase into any Best Buy location to receive your free replacement. If stock is limited, you can receive your replacement through ZAGG using this link: https://support.zagg.com/hc/en-us/articles/213227928-Replace-My-InvisibleShield-Under-Warranty.

I’ve tried to prepare to have this all done before going in but it was nearly impossible for me. Only one time was the item not in stock and I had to wait over a week.
