Online Best Buy.com or in store yes, for minimum 10-15 bucks geek squad will apply, they did for me & I happily paid the fee to ensure it was installed properly.

A BBY employee can apply it to your phone for $7.99 as a separate service charge, or for free if you are a Total member

A Geek Squad representative can install the screen protector for you. They may charge a small fee, depending on the store location and the discretion of the employee.
