No the ZAAG Invisible Shield Glass+ is not matte

The screen protector is not matte but it protects from the blue light in phones. I would try to look on amazon they have alot of matte screen protector options

Not really but they do cut down on blue light and glare. They gave one that is protected from someone looking over your shoulder and seeing.
