You can go to best buy and give them the phone number you used when bought. They replaced mine for free. They even put it on your phone for you:)

Best Buy will not honor this so-called lifetime warranty as my screen was cracked and when I went in to get it replaced with the exact same screen within a couple months after purchasing it I was charged again the screen protector. I called the dispute and I was told that it was denied, and I still had to pay for a second screen even though I paid for everything on my Best Buy card and I’ve been a customer with them for decades, so this is false advertising.

Take it back to the store where you bought it. If you bought it by mail, refer to the information brochure that came with it.

If you registered your purchase with zagg go on line and they will send you a replacement. All you pay is shipping

You must first Register it with Zagg then simply request a replacement from them they will replace it for a small shipping fee I think is 4.99.

If you purchased it from Best Buy, just take in to the Store, with your sales receipt, or if you purchased on your Best Buy card, the Sales Associate can look it up and they they will replace it.

If you saved the box it came in then you need to register it with zagg.com and they will replace it for free. But, you pay only the shipping and handling. Or go on the website of zagg.com and there should be an area to help you find some repair shops in your area who replace them and you pay a small fee. I’ve only paid $10 so far for my iPhone 11 Pro Max

If you call Zagg they will charge you shipping for a new one and that’s it. They send it out to you and you can toss the old one.
