Yes! If you go in to Bestbuy you can exchange it for the same one. If they don’t sell it anymore you can still I’ll register the screen to zagg and get a replacement through them. :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, This happened to my first purchase. And yes it cracked but saved my iPhone from getting cracked. Be sure to go to the Zagg website and first register your product, then under customer service choose warranty replacement and link your registered product and they will send you out a replacement product. It arrived within a few days, no cost to me for replacement. If you have questions just call their customer service, I did. If you don’t remember your purchase date the customer service person told me to just put something close to that time period. Good luck.
