• If you have a lifetime warranty on the screen protector take the box with the screen protector in it so they could see it and they should give you a new one for free

• I believe you can go to Best Buy, but you need documentation of your purchase to service the warranty and have it replaced. You might want to give a call before going to the store to verify this answer.
